Yoshi Childress

Yoshi Chil is an athlete and artist with a passion for sports, wellness, and community. Growing up in Springfield, Illinois, in a family of eight siblings who all love sports, she excelled in basketball and track before dedicating herself to strength training, yoga, and holistic wellness as a reiki practitioner. Off the field, Yoshi enjoys music, culinary arts, improv, and spending time with family and friends.

Excited to join the Minnesota Minx, Yoshi brings her strength, speed, and teamwork to the field while building meaningful connections with her teammates. She is also passionate about mental health and community outreach, using her talents to inspire and make a positive impact.
